As a gardener, the waiting is the hardest part. I know that. Part of me wants to start sprouting tomato seeds today. This would be a big mistake, of course, as tomatoes don't do as well if they're stunted in an indoor pot for too long, then transplanted too late. Most other plants don't benefit from this, either.
